Problem

Sales teams were manually checking new leads, sending emails one-by-one, and updating CRM records manually. This caused slow response times and missed opportunities.

Solution

Designed and implemented an automated AI workflow that instantly captures new leads from Airtable, sends personalized outreach emails with a meeting booking link, notifies the sales team in Slack, and automatically updates the CRM status.
